Villa Moa

Villa Moa feels more like an old family home than a typical hotel, and during our stay, we were the only guests on the property. The place is maintained by a few attendants or helpers, giving it a homestay-like atmosphere. Before entering, we had to remove our shoes and switch to house slippers, which may feel unusual for some guests. Our room had a nice view, which was the highlight of the stay. However, the entertainment system was outdated and didn’t function well. Breakfast was plated and very basic, and there were no staff present while we were eating, which made the experience feel a bit unattended. Overall, Villa Moa has potential, especially with its quiet environment and good views, but it could use improvements in amenities, service presence, and overall guest experience.

We booked a photoshoot here at Villa Moa and had a wonderful time! The owner was extremely kind and accommodating to our requests so it was a smooth booking process. On arrival we immediately noticed how clean the area is and how well maintained the building is. The unique architecture of Villa Moa is what makes it so charming along with the breathtaking view of the famous alphaland! This is a korean style bed and breakfast so shoes are taken off and slippers are provided at the entrance. Inside the building there's a chandelier at the entrance with warm lighting so you'll feel at home. There's a dining area, living room and a huge tv and fireplace you can relax by. Beyond that their rooms are clean and dust free. Outside the premises there are foodstalls and a short walk away is mines view park and good shepherd covenant. Can't wait to see this bed and breakfast flourish in the coming years since they are still newly opened.

Not too pricey and it is kinda scary at night. Former president Joseph Estrada owns it before.
