The Penta Beach Resort

We booked directly to their fb page. It was the day when the storm Paolo landed to central luzon, we arrived 9:30am and the storm is starting to approach near, they let us do early check in, which is very awesome! They have a great selection of food. Their cafe/resto is every clean, neat and well maintained. The room is very fab, clean and very well thought off, we had the room that pets are allowed, the room is beach front with beach view, they uses a tiles that can absorb wetness from outside, it did not cause any muddy feels on floor. The bed is very comfortable, the AC is working very well, the TV is around 55 inch, very big and a smart tv, we able to connect to Netflix & utube.. The restroom is wow!!! Big enough and very clean as well the big mirror inside the room seems worth a thousand bucks! Even the TV console table it seems very expensive. Since we did not enjoy our first day due to Storm, they let us do late check out, as late as 3pm so we could enjoy the fair weather and the beach, we able to have our dog walked the beach shore in the morning the next day after the storm, we still decided to check out around 10am. We found the right hotel at Narciso Zambales.

Our stay at the Penta Beach Resort was 3 fantastic weeks. The rooms were great. I was really able to relax in the evening out on my balcony and enjoy the view. The (in house) restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff and service were friendly and professional. We met the hotel owner and he is a very kind and friendly person. We were very impressed with the hotel manager (Miss Ann)! She runs the hotel and manages the staff in the most impressive way. I mentioned to the owner how fantastic she was and that I have stayed in some of the top hotels in the world and that Miss Ann runs that hotel like a top tier manager. Hopefully someone doesn’t come along and try to steal her away. We had time to go on a tour of Mount Pinatubo. Miss Ann made all the arrangements. We took some candy for the local children there. They were very happy. We also took advantage of the new movie theater right there in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel with all of the amenities it’s a great place to vacation or just get away for a while.

I've booked this place for my family for the celebration of my mom's 60th birthday. This beautiful venue exceeded all expectations. The stunning ambiance, excellent service. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thankful for each and everyone of the staff because they were so cooperative for my mom's birthday surprise. I'll give it 10/10 for the delicious foods that they serve! Must try especially PIZZA!! I had a good time at the Penta Beach Resort. My purpose for staying here was for a business trip. The owner was kind and accommodating. Ms. Ann, the manager was excellent as well as her staff. Ms. Ann was very helpful with anything we needed at the hotel, always willing to chat or arrange activities for the local area. Everyone was really kind and good to me as well as my coworkers. I like this hotel for the service alone. I would suggest before staying here that you bring a lot of pesos or exchange for USD, because they take cash for payment. Hopefullyin the future they will add a ATM to the lobby, because in the surrounding area there are not many ATMs and most have a low withdrawal amount of about 10k pesos. If I am in the area again I'll be sure to stay here again!

We loved our stay last month, close to where my family lived. The room that we had is suberb, clean and the bed is so comfortable. My husband can’t sleep on hard bed, Penta got the best bed which suits his need. The staff and owner are so good to us, the kids loved the pool. We will stay there again next year and will stay longer.
