7 months agoSecond time staying here — first was last year. The service then was decent, and we appreciated that the same staff member assisted us from check-in all the way to check-out, which made the experience feel more personal. This year, the room I originally wanted wasn’t available, so I went with the Deluxe instead (we were assigned Deluxe 1). The room itself was okay — a bit more spacious than the Ocean View — but unfortunately, the cleanliness didn’t meet expectations. Since I brought my furbaby with me, I wanted to make sure the floor was clean, so I asked to borrow a walis tambo to sweep it myself. What really disappointed me, though, was the bathroom. It was slippery and not well-cleaned. The shower curtain, in particular, was quite unpleasant. Also, unlike our previous stay, the staff assisting us this time didn’t feel as warm or welcoming, which made a difference in the overall experience.

8 months agoWe recently stayed at this resort and had a wonderful experience overall! Although it’s not beachfront, it offers everything you’d expect from a deluxe accommodation. The amenities are thoughtfully provided, including a small fridge and excellent air conditioning that made our stay very comfortable. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional staff. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us, showing a clear commitment to improving based on feedback they might have received in the past. That said, the parking situation could use some attention. It’s on a first-come, first-serve basis, and the neighboring resorts seem to occupy the front area, which could be inconvenient for guests. Overall, this resort delivers great value and comfort, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and pleasant getaway.

a year agoPaid 2500 for a one-night stay and we got naman what we paid for. The room was just okay. The aircon worked. We had a mini fridge in our room and free bottled water. The T&B was so small though. The bottles of shampoo and body wash seem like they weren’t refilled before we checked in cos they were almost empty. The breakfast was also okay. Nothing special. The staff always seemed confused and clueless, but they were able to answer our questions naman. They seemed ngarag lang at times. Location, it’s like a 2-minute walk from the beach. There are other food options there but veeeery limited lang lalo na when you go during off season. Anyway, you just get what you pay for. It’s a place to sleep in, but I wouldn’t suggest this place for a staycation.

a year agoBed was slooping so bad you almost fell out of it. When we complained they said that was normal not a problem. The other room they offered us smelled like mold so we got stuck in that room. Hot tub was broken and bathroom was hard to get out of because the door half trapped you in when you opened it. Early breakfast not available

a year agoTha place is cosy. Very near to the beach. The room was clean and has many ammenities. The rooftop bar is nice. It has some games that you can play with friends. Some of the games are kind of already old tho but still works. The pool smelled too much chlorine. I would recommend this as a good place to stay for vacation if you're on a budget
