The Brick Sea Breeze Resort

The room we stayed in was good for 6 pax. The AC was sufficient enough for all of us. Although I would recommend having more pillows in the room as it was 1:1 ratio per person. The room was clean, and they had towels provided. The service was good. The caretaker made sure to wait for us to get back before closing up the gates. They were very accommodating and friendly and we had a relaxing stay. It was a 1km+ walk towards the busier part of Liwliwa. Which could be a hassle if you want to try the different food joints there. But being further away from the busy parts of Liwliwa also means a quieter surrounding. The pool was clean and doesn't smell like chlorine. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was also not peak season, so the place was quiet.

My family and I recently enjoyed our stay here in The Brick Sea Breeze Resort. The beach resort offered a serene and tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind and recharge. The location was fantastic, with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach and mesmerizing ocean views. It was a perfect setting for those seeking relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. Although not overly luxurious, the rooms were cozy. The swimming pool was clean and inviting, providing an alternative to the beach for a quick dip. Additionally, there’s an ATV ride available for you to rent so you can roam around and take good pictures for your feed. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Overall, my time at this beach resort was enjoyable. It offered a peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, friendly staff, and convenient beach access. I would recommend this beach resort to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the sea. Whether you're seeking solace or quality time with loved ones, this resort offers a pleasant escape.

CONS The pictures are deceiving. The place is old. We booked 3 rooms and all of them has issues. 1 room has AC problem The lock of the sliding room in the other room is broken. A bit of effort you can unlock it even if you locked it The last room has ants on the bed. They use generator and solar electricity. No heater in our rooms. If you are looking for a beach area that is less public, find somewhere else. Anyone can enter the resort and will pass our rooms, people can go inside so your belongings are actually not safe in your room even if they have CCTV. The pool is small. The shared pantry is okay. No free toiletries. The beds are covered in plastic. Some pillows doesn't have pillow cases. PROS The owner is responsive in chat when we have questions. The shared pantry is big enough for big families. There are free towels. We will not go back and will not recommend this.

Not the best and not the worst resort that I have been to. Rooms: We have paid 2800 for their couple teepee hut with aircon and we did not expect that it was just the bed, two pillows and nothing more. Their rooms could be more spacious for the price to be worth it. The aircon was working fine but there were so many mosquitoes. I love the strip LED lights that they put outside of the hut to highlight the shape of the teepee at night. Their comfort rooms could use some cleaning. They dont have their own restaurant so it is better for you to bring your own food that you can cook in their common kitchen. Dining tables are available for each type of room. Best thing that they have in their resort is their pool. Because the resort only accommodates small number of people, you can have the pool all by yourself while others are swimming in the beach. They also have open cabanas where you can chill at night. Service: Their staff were friendly but could be more attentive especially with the time. Check-in time should be 2PM but there were no staff that could assist us to our room. When we were already assisted, the staff gave us the wrong key and needed to look for the right key first which took more of our time before we could settle in. I don't know if they have shifting staff but we only saw three of their personnel during our stay. You can rent their ATV unit which costs around 1000 per hour. Location: Like other resorts in the area, you will need to ride a tricycle from the highway to get here. The resort is near sari-sari stores where you can buy your basic necessities and snacks. There are no restaurants and cafes near the area so it's better to plan the foods that you will bring. Better if you can bring your own car for less hassle. They have an ample car parking area for all of their guests.

Checked in last June 2023, The Place is great , the vibe was also relaxing they have many available rooms for an affordable price from 2.5k to 10k . Suggest to book early on weekends due to high volume of tourists coming , much better online than walkin. The resort also has cooking station and 3 pools (kids,adult and one jacuzzi pool overviewing the whole resort and beach view. Foods are okay to bring but we preferred to eat at the town and buy some snacks to avoid spending much in the resort. Also there are shops nearby sari sari store and carinderia/lomi/mami which is available 8am to 8pm . We enjoyed our 2 days stay and swimming at the pool most of the time. There is also common comfort room on the beachfront nipa hut area . Water supply is weak during day time ,overall our stay was sulit . You can comment me if you have any quieries .
