I had the pleasure of staying at Tent Star Eco Resort, and I can honestly say it was one of the most heartwarming experiences I’ve had while traveling. From the moment I arrived, the family that runs the resort made me feel like I was part of their own. Their kindness and hospitality went above and beyond, offering incredible tips about the area, showing me the best spots, and even inviting me to dinner. The family took the time to book a table just for my friend and me, ensuring that we felt right at home. Dinner was exceptional, and not only was the food delicious, but the conversation was rich and genuine. It’s clear that this place is not just about great service but about creating lasting connections with guests. The resort itself is beautifully set in nature, offering a peaceful, eco-friendly escape that perfectly complements the stunning surroundings of Port Barton. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming—truly a sanctuary for anyone looking to unwind. We loved our stay at Tentstar Eco Resort! We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View, and although there is a bit of a hill to climb, it was totally worth it each night for the spectacular view and seclusion! (Please note that other rooms do not have this hill to climb). The team are fantastic, we met some of there cute animals and also enjoyed 3 vegan friendly meals during our stay. A great spot in the jungle to relax before onward travels and enjoy the best Port Barton has to offer! *Whilst you can leave your devices on charge in the guest area, we recommend bringing a power bank for peace of mind during your stay. This Place is so beautiful and cute! The best value for your money for sure! The managers are LOVELY people, they told us all about how this survived typhoon Odette and helped their neighbors, gave us lots of tips about the area! The entire site is off the grid so they use solar panels for electricity, it’s surrounded by forest, it’s super quiet, the bungalows are just what you need, really loved our stay here, would come back every day and twice on a Sunday 💙

Imelda and the family are amazing people, this was my favourite stay whilst on Palawan mainly for the people we met and such an amazing comfy camp in nature Thank you so much again to Mike and Winter for being so accommodating, we will be back one day.

Lovely service, amazing woman who runs the place! Also nice and quiet away from the village. You'll also have an tourist empty beach near by!
