Summer Homes Beach Resort & Cottages

We had an amazing stay at Summer Homes! ❤️🏡☀️🏖️🏝️ The room smelled fresh, was perfectly clean, and the AC kept the space cool and comfortable. They also provide a fan, which was a nice extra touch. A very special thank you to Methous, who assisted us from check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to check-out. I requested a surprise birthday setup for my partner and they truly delivered. Methous added thoughtful, personalized touches that made everything feel extra special — we genuinely felt at home. The resort and their restaurant are beachfront, which made breakfasts even more enjoyable. Their delectable and generous set breakfast meal is served at the restaurant right beside the resort— such a lovely way to start the day. Another big plus: you can easily arrange boat transfers with them to and from Coconut Beach and White Beach, making the whole experience completely hassle-free. They also offer laundry services, which is a convenient bonus for longer stays. All the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. It truly felt like home. I highly recommend Summer Homes for travelers on a budget who value personal touches and heartfelt service. Thank you to the entire team, and most especially to Methous — you made our stay wonderful. Great beachfront stay with value for money. We stayed in their front beach cottage as a couple and had a wonderful experience. The cottage itself is simple, just a fan room, but we actually found it pleasantly cool overnight, so sleeping was very comfortable. The location is excellent—right on the beachfront—so we could enjoy the sea view and easy access to the shore anytime. Another thing we really appreciated was the free breakfast served before our tour. It was filling and gave us the energy we needed for the day, which added even more value to our stay. Considering the price, the combination of location, comfort, and inclusions makes this place truly worth it. Overall, it’s great value for money and we would definitely choose to stay here again if we come back.

Everything you need for your stay ,on the beach front so access to beach is very easy, also offers massages close to the beach. Breakfast across the road is lovely, fruit platter was my favorite. Very good prices too

Basic but functional and excellent location. Team running the place is excellent. Many people rave about Port Barton but I would have been fine to have skipped it

Excellent location, the cottage rooms are in front of the water with a great sunset view each night, big windows, specious and much fresh air, unfortunately they are with no AC, only fan. The other rooms are on the back, no view but with AC. The service is very good and helpful, beautiful garden and sitting area on the front, close to the ocean.
