Sir Nico Guesthouse and Resort

I have seen beautiful places in my life, but this is probably the most beautiful one I have ever seen. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near Manila. The resort is just magnificent. The house is very big and has a very pretty design. I like everything: the floor, the windows, the walls, the curtains, etc... Everything is extremely clean and organized. Each room has a balcony and you can also enjoy a very large, clean swimming pool surrounded by a very pretty garden with palm trees. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I came to Manila by plane and they went to pick me at the airport. Briefly, if you just want to relax and have a great time, this is the right place for you. I loved my stay here and I will definitely come back.

Rented this house recently at P17,500.00 for 15 pax and additional of P500.00/pax as standard for additional Mattress (without blanket and bedsheet). Additional P600.00 for Videoke. We were a group of 20 so I pay additional P2,500.00 The house, clean but not airconditioned, you can use the stove, ref, microwave, oven, grills (bring your own charcoal of course), utensils, etc. in the kitchen. Free WIFI and videoke. No helper that will attend your needs. Videoke rent is P600.00, we got it for free because we started late. Videoke is up to 10PM only, this might be a City Ordinance so we followed. Parking, there is enough parking inside. No worries Restroom, clean with bathtub and hot/cold water in the 2nd floor. Swimming pool, the size is not that big. Just enough for 10-15 person max. to SWIM. 4 to 6 feet deep highly chlorinated as expected. The Rooms (this is the part I don't like) The room is clean, approximately 12 to 16 sq.meter in size with 1HP old split type aircon and queen size bed. The room can accommodate max. of 4 person per room (with mattress already). We were advise that the capacity of the resort/rooms is up to 30 (or 40 persons) so I am expecting a bigger rooms. I asked the caretaker how can they fit the 30 or 40 in the rooms, she just said 'we'll just give you the mattresses and it's up to you how to fit in'. In short, some of us has to sleep in the living room with no airconditioning. Despite of this, I still pay the P2,500.00 excess pax For a group of more than 10, this resort is not recommended. Will I come back again? Probably not. Will I recommend this place? Probably not.

Nice and peaceful place. Perfect for family or a group of friends. Friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommended.
