Royal Suites Port Barton

Everytime I visit Port Barton, I always choose this place to stay. The rooms was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the thoughtful touches and the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location was perfect as well — close enough to everything in Port Barton, yet tucked away enough to feel serene and private. It feels like home for me. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the service.❤️ If you’re visiting Port Barton and want a place that combines comfort, warmth, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Royal Suites. We spent 2 nights here during our anniversary trip. What a beautiful place. It feels quiet and secluded even though you are right in town. The pool area is absolute perfection and the rooms are comfortable and clean. As for the service, what an amazing and accommodating team of people. Would definitely come back.

Amazing hotel! Quite Place, comfortable beds, clean surroundings, and lush greenery all around. The last time we stayed here, the road going to the hotel was super muddy, especially when it rained, definitely part of the adventure . But this time around, we were pleasantly surprised to see that it’s already cemented. Big improvement and makes getting there so much easier! The staff is amazing too, always smiling and very helpful. Whether we had questions, needed something, or just wanted tips on where to go, they were always ready to assist without hesitation.

Myself and my partner stayed here mid-August. The service and team are brilliant - great, constant communication from Christine, Erica, Sherlyn, and Divine. All lovely, smiley, happy staff, who seem to be having a good time at work. The pool and surrounding area is lovely! We were a little disappointed as there is a hot tub advertised in the photographs but it had been removed for renovation when we got there, but that wasn't too important. The breakfast was lovely. We stayed in one of the cabins which gave us complete privacy. All windows are blacked out/mirrored and we had our own little balcony and gate/walkway. It felt so private and personal! The beds were very comfortable and there's air conditioning and hot water!! From what I heard from other people we met, we were VERY lucky to get hot water. The team managed to organise some tours for us to go on, which we loved!! And they sorted airport transfers for us. I highly recommend staying here. It's a very short walk to the other shops, hostels, bars, etc. I do recommend taking a torch if you leave the hotel after sunset, as there is little light on the path leading back to the town, and it does get quite muddy if it has been raining. I have been an Airline Pilot for nearly over 30 years and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and Royal Suite Port Barton would be the worst accomodation I’ve ever stayed at. The Poorest communication, told our family couldn't visit, sub standard facilities, over priced, micro managed by staff, constant construction during our stay and just to top off I had $350 cash AUD stolen from our room that only staff had access to. My partner is a local at Port Barton and now they are publicly shaming her online in the local area. Be warned, book elsewhere. They claimed many things about us after leaving which shows the calibre or ownership, management and staff.
