2 months agoIt's worth the trip! Getting there is tough, you have to go steep uphills and rough road by the coast. But when you get there it's so worth the trip. Service from staff is great. Lots of areas to explore. The area is big so you have lots of opportunity for adventure and privacy and there are historical and preserved artifacts you can look at. Rooms are nice. Aircon is cold and heater is good. There are 2 infinity pools and the resort has it's private secluded beach cove.

4 months agoTitle: The Land That Time Should Forget Road Condition: Access to the resort is extremely poor. The final 3 km stretch before reaching Punta Verde feels like traveling back to the 1980s—unpaved, narrow, and badly maintained. Guests should be prepared for the possibility of car repairs afterward, which is unacceptable for a resort marketed as premium in 2025. Resort & Management: The property feels outdated and poorly managed. While staff members were polite and courteous, the overall operations lacked professionalism. During our stay, the pool area was dominated by guests blasting music at full volume. When we raised this with staff, the response was simply that nothing could be done until those guests checked out—hardly the standard of service expected from a top-tier resort. Food: Guests are required to place lunch orders by 10 AM, which is unusual. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant around 1 PM, the food was served cold. Quality was below average—about 1.5/5 by our assessment—yet prices were comparable to high-end Manila establishments. Value for money was very poor. Rooms: On the positive side, the room was clean and well-kept. However, we experienced noise from rodents running above the ceiling, which disturbed our sleep, particularly our daughter’s. Beach & Amenities: The beach is a small rocky cove, not suitable for swimming but possibly for light water activities like kayaking. Other facilities, such as the campsite, appeared neglected and past their prime. Overall Impression: Given the high rates, poor road access, outdated facilities, and disappointing food quality, Punta Verde does not live up to its promise. There are many other resorts in Batangas that offer better value, comfort, and accessibility. At this point, I would not recommend it.

2 months agoLove this place, a home away from home, but not senior friendly because of steep stairwells going to the beach, but still if youre looking for a place to relax this is for you.

10 months agoI totally enjoyed this place. I loved how quiet and peaceful it is. It's definitely a good place to recharge your social battery. They have their own restaurant where they serve Filipino food. Rooms come with breakfast and the food is good. Parking is secure if you drove over. Activities. There's a camp site where you can camp and the camp site has its own toilet. You can walk to the beach but there's also a hidden Beach cove that can be accessed by a long set of stairs. There's also a nature trail and 2 infinity pools as well as a museum. What can be improved is the road to access this resort. It's a work in progress. You can use a car but it can't be a lot sedan. Best vehicle to use would be a SUV.
