The resort is really nice and has a good variety of food, plus the staff are super friendly and helpful. The layout and amenities are well thought out, so it’s easy to enjoy your stay. There’s a bit of room for improvement in the cleanliness of the rooms and pool, but nothing major. Don’t expect full 5-star luxury, but for a 4-star resort, they’re doing a pretty good job. With just a little more attention to the small details, it could be even better!

Our stay at Princesa Garden was such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel instantly relaxed. The whole place has a very peaceful, tropical vibe lots of open spaces, gardens, and water features that make it feel like a hidden paradise in Puerto Princesa. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a balcony that gave us a nice view of the pool and the sea beyond. I loved how the resort is designed to blend with nature it doesn’t feel crowded at all. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area; it’s huge and perfect for lounging around, plus there’s a sandbar that you can walk to during low tide which felt really special. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, and the food overall was satisfying, especially the local dishes. What stood out the most was the service. Every staff member we encountered was polite, helpful, and genuinely attentive. They always made sure we had everything we needed, whether it was arranging transport, giving tips about Puerto Princesa, or simply checking in on us during meals. Overall, Princesa Garden is the kind of resort you go to if you want to unwind, enjoy nature, and be treated with great hospitality. It’s perfect for couples, families, or even solo travelers who just want to escape the busy city life for a while. We left feeling refreshed and wishing we had stayed longer.

Attention to detail doesn’t exist. Walking around it’s very nice in areas but don’t look too close. Elevator smells of mold, room was cleaned in the morning, all towels removed and none replaced, called and 6 hours later still no towels. Called again they brought two large towels only, asked again for hand towels. Breakfast is a joke compared to other hotels. For the price and level of service would not recommended anyone to stay here.

Went to eat at the Italian restuarant, the waiters did not come to ask us if we want something to drink or to eat. Eventually we managed to order food, after the food they do not come to clean the plates or ask if you would like something else to drink. We had to take the plates away ourselves and walk to them to get the bill. Other than this when we wanted to take a shower, there was no warm water and called reception to assist. They said they will send someone but have waited 2 hours now and called again and said they are sorry they will get back to us .... so decided to shower in ice cold water. I also do agree the breakfast is not so great compared to other hotels and you can definitely see this place is in need of serious maintainace.
