Pipisik Beach Resort

Rooms: We booked 3 rooms with 2 beds and a folding bed. 1 room that was given to us was a single bed with 2 folding beds. Keep in mind that the room is VERY SMALL that the 2 folding beds cannot be opened separately. Their aircon sucks as it won't work well and get the room into cold temperature. AC stops functioning during midnight as to why we moved to one of our booked rooms. We raised it to their office but NO action was taken. Service: Worst! No action was taken after multiple reports. Complaints were filed but they just laughed at it. Additional charges as well for using their grill (eventhough they said it was free of use) Location: NOT RECOMMENDED. A stiff stairway to hell prior getting to the best view. Your knee will hurt and won't enjoy the vacation. It's hard to go down, it's worst to go up. Almost 100 feet above the ground is the stairway that you need to climb going up and down

This resort is a bit off the beaten path as accessing it can be difficult with an entrance ramp going down a steep road followed by a steep staircase the takes you down to the beach. All of their rooms are right in front of the beach though and they offer very cheap rates. They also have their own restaurant upstairs which can deliver food to you. This isn't a big resort and can easily be filled up by 100 people. The beach itself is nice and quiet

The accommodation is not appealing at first but as you stay in the resort, you will learn to appreciate it. The staffs are very friendly and I would recommend trying the snorkeling activity from them. The parking from the resort is very far and would take many steps to reach the place.

The beach are rocky as well the road to get here, and also a 30 meter stair down and up, the only redeeming feature is the staff are hospitable, and affordable rooms. (This place is not recommend for elderly and the disabled, due to 100 step steep stairs).

The rooms and the surrounding area is clean. With cooking utensils and drinking water, air-conditioning and ref is good. The staffs are kind and helpful. Not suitable for elderly because from the parking lot to the beach is too far and stiff.
