Our short vacation in Baguio was indeed a memorable one. Not only with the places that we visited but with the place we chose to stay. Our host, Beads, made sure we were comfortable in their place. The place was really cozy and relaxing and it is kids friendly too. That's what I love about our stay, since I have two kids. I will definitely recommend the place to my friends and family. Looking forward to stay here again as soon as we go back. :)

We stayed with my boyfriend here just last June 10-13 and I was amazed how beautiful the unit and on how accomodating the owner is. We even asked for the tourist spots near the location and without hesitation she answered us very politely and even suggested other tourist spots. Highly recommended! 5 stars is not enough to rate this one. Big thanks to Ms. Beads V. Medina. I'm actually looking for an affordable but cozy place where my parents can relax since it's their first time to travel out of town after 10 years while my baby and my brothers can enjoy. It took me weeks looking for a somewhat nice transient house in Baguio until Miss Joanne responded to my post and sent me a message. Looking at the pictures, the first thing that came to my mind was "Gosh, this is it! I found the one!" Its like love at first sight! And then the day of our stay came~ whoever is reading this, I'll tell you, the house is superb and perfect in real life! What you see is what you get. Definitely instagrammable! They also have all the appliances you need just like home and everything is squeaky clean :) Ms. Joanne is very professional and warm host, as well as Ate Lisa. They are very accommodating! I really appreciate their kindness and help with our stay at their house. The place is worth your money, and you'll never go wrong in choosing Pinewood Home and Condo! Me and my cousins enjoyed the free coffee as well, hehe! What I did not expect is the bouquet of flowers and cake! My Mom and my Tita really loved it while the kids enjoyed the cake!! This is indeed the perfect vacation for us! I can't thank you enough Ms Joanne for the wonderful accommodation, we will definitely go back next year!

Nice and very clean. The host is accommodating, eventhough the check in time is 2pm, we arrived at 11am but still she allowed us to check in early.
