a month agoThe staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The entire process from check-in to check-out was smooth and hassle-free, and the food service was impressively prompt. Food was simple but yum! The pool was simple but satisfactory. However, during my stay, there was ongoing construction beside the pool, but it was manageable. My only additional observation is that the atmosphere on the 3rd floor was extremely quiet, which made it feel somewhat unsettling at times. This may simply be a personal perception, but the ambiance came across as slightly eerie. However, if you prefer a peaceful and quiet environment, this place may be ideal.

4 months agoI just discovered this place and it’s really wonderful! The people are so nice and very accommodating, and the whole process—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was simple yet delicious, and the vibe is peaceful, very nature, and quiet. My only wish is that they had a heated pool, as the water was quite cold during our stay. Still, I will definitely come back here! Thank you.

7 months agoThe place is just fine if you are up for a chill swim only. In the afternoon it's very unpleasant because their neighbors are most probably burning grass or plants causing smoke with a bad smell and asthma! It's not healthy for our lungs. Lots of insects and mosquitos and falling dry leaves because the place is surrounded by alot of trees. It's not pet friendly so don't bother bringing pets.

a year agoI'm an American that travels to Bulacan often to see my extended family. This Pacific Waves resort is AWESOME. It has amazing trees, all full of lights at night. There are 2 pools, one with water slides, waterfall and waterspouts. The pools are surrounded with gazebos and umbrella tables, perfect for family gatherings. The little restaurant is all outdoor seating, so cute, with great food all day. Rooms are clean & modern. The folks that work at this resort are the BEST that I've ever known - all friendly professionals with great smiles & service. Pacific Waves!!
