Staff service is very great. Nica the receptionist is very helpful and nice. She remembers her guests well. Room is great. ✅ Hot water ✅ Big bed ✅ Big bathroom ✅ Balcony ✅ Hangers ✅ Hair dryer ✅ Free beach Towels ✅ Gym and Yoga classes are free The hotel is near Nacpan beach. Great beach. The downside is the place is isolated and 40 mins (literally far) from El Nido Town where the tours happen. There is a short off road to reach the resort but under construction from what I heard. The restaurants near Nacpan Beach is only Angkla. There's few local restaurants nearby and mad monkey for party

We had the best stay here, we considered changing our plans to stay longer! The staff were very helpful and welcoming, the rooms spacious and clean, lovely atmosphere and amazing location on the beach. The restaurant was also really good. They were very helpful organising transfers too. You could happily spend a few relaxing nights here. We had a lovely time!

Great location and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the start of our visit wasn’t ideal. The room we initially checked into had a strong sewage smell, so we were moved to another room. The new room had its own issues — the key card worked, but the door was extremely difficult to open and often required multiple attempts. There are lot of stray dogs on the beach property, and many appeared unwell, which was concerning and detracted from the overall experience. With some improvements to room maintenance and property management, this place has the potential to be much better.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Decent Resort on a beautiful beach. Room was well equipped. The price is definitely too high though especially because breakfast wasn't included and pricy on top. It's better value than e.g. Angkla down the beach but I wouldn't go again.
