Munting Paraiso

Could not have found a better place in an emergency!! Such luck to find a 3-Star that treats you as a 5-star on short notice. We booked thru an app & arrived in less than 45 mins. Were welcomed with open arms & could not have asked for anything more. The staff is fantastic, the restaurant is wonderful, the accomodations are clean and comfortable without being ostentatious. It's a little tight village of bungalows in the compound that has the right mix of privacy & community. Did I mention the restaurant 🤔 fantastic!! Jen in the restaurant was a wonderful hostess and server!! It's a little.off the beaten path, but it is weel worth the effort to find. Once there the staff will help line up transportation anytime you need it. The Tour Companies they work with are dependable, trustworthy & friendly.

We decided to choose this hotel to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary here. Staying at Munting Paraiso was so peaceful and relaxing. One of my favorite parts was the gigantic Acacia tree in front of my hotel room forming a sort canopy over the sky, which made the sun and heat largely unnoticeable during the day! Perfect for Puerto Princesa. I am a huge nerd for fabrics and linens, and I gushed over at how comfortable the bedding was. It truly is a retreat. And the staff here are so kind and eager to help you. I definitely recommend booking here if you want to relax and have a good time. 👍

5 star hotel experience even though they’re marketed as a 3 star hotel. Hotel is owned by a Swiss family, and as a European I can see it from the service and room quality. Staff is great, shout out to Leo. Any issues that arise, if any, are quickly taken care of. Swimming pool is nice. Restaurant is nice too. We were staying here for 7 nights to visit family who lives down the street.

The hotel’s amenities were fantastic. I spent some time at the spa, and the massage was exactly what I needed to rejuvenate. The pool area was tranquil, and I loved lounging by the water with a refreshing drink. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive, with a variety of fresh and healthy options. What truly stood out was the attention to detail — from the calming scents in the lobby to the soft lighting throughout the hotel, everything was designed to create a peaceful atmosphere. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Wonderful resort! Very serene and peaceful.. The architecture and landscaping design is tasteful and inspiring.. Friendly staff and great food make this place a winner!
