6 months agoService of this resort is very good but the resort itself is a fail. Although they have good airconditioning, the plumbing and the water itself reeks. It smell so bad you cant sleep in the room very well. The same goes to the beach and its adjacent water. It reeks and also observe that there is a water way that ends up in sea. I didnt even attempt to swim and bath since the water from the faucet also smells. I just cant enjoy a place like this where everything smell like a canal. The videoke is so loud it can be hears from end to end. Cant sw8m, cant chill, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

4 months agoThe place is great. They clean the resort daily. Quiet at night. They close the gate at night. The beach is mesmerizing.

10 months agoI was surprised about the other reviews on this resort. But for me, for us family, we had a lot of fun staying here. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by their staff and helped us carry our things which I appreciate so much. They provided us a room with double deck bed and an extra foam bed for our +1. We are a family of 5. Room is bit small but who cares? We fit in still. The CR was a bit small as what other reviews rant here but still, who cares? I’m not going to swim inside or sleep on the CR’s floor to ask for huge space. As long as there’s clean water, fully functioning toilet and we’re all good. Staffs were very helpful and kind. They even lend us a wok so we can somehow fry dinner and breakfast since there are plenty of local stores selling freshly caught fishes. The sea 🌊 I’m inlove with the waves of Batangas. Truly, I am amateur with beautiful places locally, but I really appreciate the clear waters of Batangas beaches. We stayed overnight and wished we stayed longer. 🥹

10 months ago02.01.25 We had our church outing at Moonlight Beach. There are many nearby resorts to choose from, but we opted for this one because it was budget-friendly. However, the resort did not offer any discounts, even though we were 44 people, including seniors. Initially, we planned to rent only two nipa huts since we would mainly use them for eating (not all at the same time) and storing our belongings while swimming. Unfortunately, we were required to rent a third nipa hut as it was considered part of the entrance fee. From what I researched, there was supposedly no entrance fee, but upon arrival, we found that renting a room or nipa hut was mandatory for access. Additionally, we had to pay an ecological fee of ₱50 per person, with no discounts for seniors. Parking fees were ₱100 for cars and ₱150 for SUVs, vans, and similar vehicles. On the bright side, there was plenty of parking available. There were also shops selling floaters, ice, food, and drinks in case you forgot to bring your own supplies. Overall, everyone had a good time, although the water was a bit dirty. They said it was seasonal, so it might depend on the timing of your visit. We also tried island hopping, which cost ₱350 per person. It was worth it, as the island we visited was clean, and we even saw fish during the trip.

a year agoI've been here before maybe around 5 years ago. I think the old moonlight beach resort is better than the newly renovated. Before we really enjoy our stay, very peaceful and quiet. That's why i reccomend this to my friend. So we booked here last week, then when we came, a bit dissapointed when I visit again this place. The place is not good as i expected when i visit a years ago. Too crowded, the rooms becomes too small, Not spacious for a family. The CR inside rooms is smelly including showers and bidet. Sadly we did not enjoy our stay.
