The place was a little run-down. It has a pool of about 5'8" deep, a smaller pool with hot spring water. It also has a billiard table and a karaoke machine. The 3 bedrooms were clean and spacious with working air conditioning systems. I would still recommend. Do note that the subdivision has an ordinance that limits karaoke use from 10pm to 10am.

The place is a lil worn out it needs to be upgraded but it’s cozy.

The pool is ok. Perfect for adults and kids. But I hope to reduce the application of chlorine. One room also does not have air conditioning. Need some upgrade of amenities. Still 4 stars.
