a month agoIt was a perfect time out for us. The Pool is very big and the water is a dream. We stayed in one of the cabana’s with a private jacuzzi where we end the day with a red wine 🍷. The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed the time very much

6 months agoWE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WE WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN 🤩 All staffs - guards, reception, restaurant staffs & maintenance guys ARE ALL FRIENDLY. 🤩 The place is serene, secure, peaceful, very clean rooms and bathroom, pools are cleaned very well and hotspring pool water is changed everyday! 🤩 Outdoor Pool's depth is kid-friendly. Enough space for kids/people who cannot swim to enjoy the shallow part of the pool. Not too deep on both ends of the pool (3-4ft). Only the middle part of the outdoor pool is deep (around 5ft & up?). 🤩 Indoor pool is NOT DEEP! (4ft) 🤩 Safe and spacious parking.🤩 Well manicured lawn.🤩 Food is great. 🤩 Of course, all places have some rooms for improvement too...I would have given them a perfect score if only: - they have a stonger wifi signal. - the rooms are sound proofed. - they have an elevator for seniors or pwd to access the standard rooms at the 2nd floor . - they have a refrigerator in the rooms. - they have a villa/room for 2 at the ground floor.

5 months agoClean room and staff were friendly and very helpful. There are variety for food but its a shame food served were all too salty, so we are ok for breakfast as included in the package but ate out for lunch and dinner.

8 months agoWe love the place, it's spacious with an outdoor pool & indoor pool (hot). Great food, and spacious parking. Things for improvement in our room 210, the water on the shower is weak and the condition of the shower itself was bad (need for replacement).

a year agoReserved two rooms on December 24. Clean rooms, and the cabana is quite spacious. However, the absence of an exhaust fan in the bathroom makes it a bit musty. Affordable food with a taste that matches its price. Service is satisfactory. The private hot spring in the cabana makes it a fantastic choice. In summary, a positive experience; I will definitely return.
