Legacy Mansion

Not a good experience. I have booked the hotel via booking.com. When I arrived, nobody was at the reception area. And when the receptionist came, they did not know that I booked at the hotel. They struggled to find a room for me to be checked in. They gave me the unused room that they have. The room has a lot of dust on the floor. The water on the bathroom is very very slow. The toilet cover is damaged. I asked the workers if they have another room but unfortunately they don't have. The AC is also not cold. Hopefully they can improve their services because it's not good

First off didn't come here for the hotel, just came to drink with friends. It is amazing especially if it's quiet. Very peaceful atmosphere, staff is quite nice, and food was pretty good. The biggest downsides I see though limited parking space, limited food and drink options.

For those who are planning to stay here better come in during office hours as this place doesn't maintain 24 hour reception. I've made a reservation but upon arriving early in the hotel. The only staff who greeted me said that there was no reservation under my name after checking their Excel spreadsheed, and I should wait until his colleagues report for work. What a let down since they only contacted me around 6PM checking where I was. I told them their people told me there was no reservation under my name but they insisted there was. Even if there was a misunderstanding between them, the fact that I was already at the place and was not able to check-in should have already triggered a red flag that they should try to communicate with their guest. I guess they don't understand the concept of endorsement. Also place is quite hard to find, no signage besides a barely visible archway with their name.

eros pensione house was full when we got there. we were looking for another place to stay when we stumbled into this place. a room good for two at only 750php for 12hrs. room and bath are clean and spacious. aircon si fully functional. complimentary water and coffee are also provided. value for money indeed.

Home feel vibes....need some more cleaning under the bed. ...no flush on toilets, no bidet, poor internet signal. NO TAPSILOG AVAILABLE DURING OUR 4DAY STAY
