Lee Boutique Hotel Baguio

The hotel has a very nice and cozy atmosphere with overlooking view from the window! Staff is accomodating, suitable for people who want to relax and away from busy and crowded areas. For transportation, you can always wait for a taxi or book a grab if you don't have a car. Place is not too far from downtown. Overall experience is great💯

We had a wonderful stay here. If you’re looking for a quiet place away from the busy environment, this is perfect. It’s a bit far from the center, about 20 minutes depending on traffic. You can get here by taxi or jeep, and it’s very convenient since there’s a jeep terminal right outside. After 7 p.m., though, the only option to get back is by taxi. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had all the essentials, except for free slippers, though they do sell them at a very affordable price. I also liked that our room had an overlooking view of the surroundings. The staff were nice, friendly, and very accommodating. Staying here feels homey. I’d definitely book this hotel again whenever I’m back in Baguio 🌬️🌲

I honestly had one of the most disappointing experiences at Lee Boutique Hotel in Baguio. The management is completely unorganized and unprofessional. There was no proper assistance, and issues that should have been easily resolved were ignored. It’s frustrating to deal with staff who don’t seem to care about guests’ comfort or satisfaction. For the price they charge, the service and management are unacceptable. Definitely not recommending this hotel, there are far better places in Baguio that actually value their guests.

Worst hotel ever in terms of their customer service. Sana makipag usap ng maayos ang management samin with regards to our concerns. staffs are good but the main office is rude to us.

The rooms are good. They have a bath tub. However when we arrived there are few constructions / workings in the hotel. The guards, the 2 receptionists were also accommodating. They are a bit short staffed. The location is convenient if you have a car. Food deliveries are possible but might take long. Though the location is good if you want a quiet place. Downside : The page admin is not responsive. I booked my stay through booking.com, I cannot contact the number that they provided same with the email address ( Hope you should be including the correct mobile number for each branch rather than having it centralized since you're monitoring multiple locations).
