Extremely Disappointing – Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Poorly Managed We were excited to visit this resort, but our experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing and upsetting.We called in advance to check if they were open, and they confirmed they were — but they failed to disclose the actual condition of the place.When we arrived, we found the entrance completely flooded, and had no choice but to wade through dirty water just to get in. We understand there had been a typhoon recently, but that makes it even more irresponsible that they chose to open instead of temporarily closing to recover. The resort was clearly not ready to receive guests. Once inside, the situation was far worse than expected.The place was filthy— animal feces were all over the cottages and common areas, and the smell was unbearable. It felt genuinely unhealthy and unsafe, and at one point, we even stepped on feces. To make matters worse, only two pools were usable because the rest were flooded, and it was hard to believe that even the open pools had been cleaned properly given the overall condition of the resort. What broke my heart even more was seeing animals roaming around looking hungry. It was clear they hadn’t been fed or cared for properly. We wanted to help, but honestly, we were scared to feed them because some seemed aggressive — likely out of desperation. It was just a heartbreaking and disturbing sight. We came from far away and tried to make the most of it, but this experience was nothing short of unacceptable.This place should not have been open to the public in such a hazardous and unsanitary state. We will never come back and strongly advise others to avoid this resort until serious improvements are made — both for guest safety and the welfare of the animals.

Jed's Island Resort is a fantastic getaway destination that offers something for everyone! From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by spacious grounds and a wide variety of pools that cater to kids and adults alike. The wave pool and kiddie pools are especially fun for families. The resort is well-maintained, and the colorful decorations and life-sized character statues make the atmosphere lively and perfect for memorable photos. The cottages and rooms are comfortable and provide a relaxing place to rest after a day full of activities. There are plenty of recreational options, from fishing lagoons to basketball courts, ensuring that you never run out of things to do. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and make your stay enjoyable. While it can get busy during peak times, the overall experience is worth it, especially if you’re looking for a family-friendly resort that combines fun, relaxation, and great value. Highly recommended for locals and tourists wanting a refreshing break without traveling far from Manila.

Restroom and shower rooms are not well maintained at the pool area. We all face difficulties during the pandemic and the late typhoon but having experience this should teach us the more we should maintain sanitation especially on public places. Aesthetic is useless if we don't care to provide an actual clean environment for our guests.

WORST RESORT!!! We will not recommend you to anyone….All shower areas are not clean, untidy and bad smell… Bad experience
