Hotel Grande

We came especially for happy hour buy 1 take 1 Margaritas from 4pm - 6pm on the 5th floor. We arrived on the 5th floor and no one was here. We had to go down to the lobby to tell them we were here to eat. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come. Then they arrive and tell us the promotion for happy hour that is posted in their website with all the buffets that are still available, this particular promo is not available. We asked for a manager but he told us the same thing. This is the 2nd time we came and this happened. The first time they apologized and said the promo was still available. We told them on that occasion to change the website if it's not really available because its false promotion and we especially came for happy hour. This is now the 2nd time we experience this at supposedly a nice hotel but it's clear the standard of service is typical of even less established places. Either out of stock or what's written in the menu or website isn't accurate. We will not be back to Hotel Grande since they are not trained to treat the guest with better respect by either honoring a promotion we actually came here for, and for not taking it seriously to change the website if a promotion is no longer available.

Very good location, and good views. In one side you can see the golf course, on another side you can see the mountains. Rooms are air conditioned, clean, everything you need is in the room, it has kettle, coffee, tea. The welcome cup cake is very well appreciated with a welcome letter. And for breakfast, the best breakfast with a very very wide choice. My words can’t described how good the choices are and it also tastes very good. And the staff and great, excellent service and all smiles.

I booked this hotel for my family last year for a holiday celebration. We had heard positive reviews, so my husband and I decided to come back. My stay was spectacular, the hotel's elegant design, top-notch amenities, and attentive staff made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We'll definitely come back.

It was supposedly just a simple lunch, but we were so surprised and touched by the staff’s gesture of greeting and singing for my son’s birthday. 🥹💙 Their warm service and thoughtful effort truly made the day extra special and memorable. My first time here. We had our meeting held at the hotel's event center. The staff are very helpful. Food and coffee is very good. I recommend this hotel for your next business activities.
