Very relaxing and homey vibes. Everyone is very friendly and very accomdating. Good food, clean rooms, parking space, cool weather that is not polluted, you can't ask for anything more. Highly recommended esp if you want to bring your furbabies :-)

If you’re traveling to Baguio with your pets this is a great place to stay in. It’s located 15 mins away from the city center in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is no nearby convenience store but there are a few stalls down the road that sell fresh fruits and vegetables, snacks, drinks and meat. The in-house Italian restaurant Mangiamo is fantastic serving real Italian food and you get a 10% discount as a staying guest. Breakfast options are limited to Filipino food only and brewed coffee or iced tea. It would have been great if they offered non-Filipino food and espresso-based drinks as part of the breakfast. Pet fee isn’t exorbitant at Php 500 per night and comes with a small bed but we brought our own. There aren’t many cars passing by so it’s easy to walk your dog along the road to do their business. Wifi is fast and the water pressure is strong. The highlight of this hotel is that it is truly pet-friendly: they accommodated our request to boil some chicken (at no cost!) after our dog decided he also wanted different food while on vacation. There are a few let downs: bathroom is small, water doesn’t drain quickly in the shower area, sink faucet is switched with the left being cold and right being hot, ceiling fan at the lowest setting was still quite fast, noise from outside can easily be heard if there are a lot of people dining in the restaurant. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to staying again when visiting Baguio with our dog.

Really enjoyed our stay at Giraffe Boutique Hotel! The location is great, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff are super nice. Perfect spot for a quick Baguio getaway.

We had the best time here with our fur baby! The staff were ao welcoming and the place was super pet-friendly.

Good ambience, good location, very friendly staff but very poor sound proofing. Restaurant can get pretty loud. You can hear the customers and music like they are just outside the hallway. It felt like we were in a bar rather than a hotel. To be fair, there was an event when we stayed. The management could have at least given advice about it. Instead, customers who booked a room to relax were all forced to wait for the event to finish before we could all rest. And even before the event started, you could already hear the noise from the restaurant, the kitchen and everyone walking through the hallway, even though our room was in the 2nd floor. Despite this, I give them 4 stars because the staff were really considerate particularly the manager, Richard. We asked to upgrade to a different room because of the noise. On the next day, we were ready to pay the additional charges but Richard waived all the additional fees because he knew how the noise affected our stay. He even assured us that they will address this concern moving forward. Yes the place can be improved but it's really the staff that we liked the most. Because of their initiatives, we're considering to go back. Until the noise is addressed though, my review will remain at 4 stars.
