a week agoFloating Sanctuary Resort is a great staycation spot if you want peace and quiet near Metro Manila. The resort feels very relaxing, surrounded by greenery, with a calm and laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was enjoyable without feeling too crowded. It’s a nice place for families, couples, or even small groups who just want to slow down and relax. What I liked most is how tranquil the place feels — very refreshing compared to busy resorts. Overall, a solid choice for a Bulacan staycation. Would recommend and would love to return.

3 months agoSTAY AWAY. Very expensive here but the service and the place is bad. Rusty metals everywhere that scratched my leg during a walk. Place is cramped, its like a refugee camp and not a sanctuary. Water in the swimming pool has foul smell and yellowish already, lots of cockroaches, bed bugs and different kind of pests/insects and worst of all - there are bed bugs! Vacation turned to nightmare and we bled money because of how expensive everything are and they can think of many ways to charge you.

7 months agoA Truly Disappointing "Sanctuary" - Avoid, Especially if You Have Pets This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel resort experience I've ever had. It's clear the employees lack any foundational training in hospitality management. Their demeanor and lack of service significantly detracted from our stay. A major warning to all pet owners: this resort is absolutely not pet-friendly. Despite their claims, they insist on pushing you to use their "dog hotel." This facility is entirely unsuitable for animals – it's nothing more than a cramped, cage-like space, frankly resembling something more appropriate for reptiles than beloved pets. This alone made our stay incredibly stressful and disheartening. Beyond the pet issue, the food was consistently poor quality and ridiculously expensive. It felt like a blatant rip-off for what was offered. To add insult to injury, the resort seems to disregard online bookings, constantly pushing their own website policies as absolute, even when they contradict previous agreements. If I could rate this place lower than a negative 100, I would. I will never again book here. For a place that brands itself a "sanctuary," it's nothing short of a piece of trash.

10 months agoNot quite what I expected. The room advertised in the photos had two separate double beds but the one given to us was just with a pull-out. Serving of the food was very small for its price. Our room was good for 4 people but we were charged an additional 1k for the 4th person who decided to just sleep with us since we were just 3pax. Weak to no service in the area plus wifi is slow too. Pool also is unkept with the tiles covered in green slime already.

7 months agoI have stayed in more than 100 hotels, and this is the worst. First of all, its pricing is ridiculously expensive. I booked 7000p on agoda, which showed that it can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child, but on site I was told that there would be an additional charge of 500p for children and 1350p for adults. Moldy sheets and cockroaches
