Elliannah Pines hotel

We stayed in room108 during our first night the cr has water leaking infront of the toilet dunno where it came from but its so uncomfortable whenever we need to use the toilet our feet get soak into that water. You can hear the noise and footsteps in the hallway (maingay yung ibang guest). However, on our 2nd day we ask for room transfer which in 104 bed is more bigger than the 108. My husband almost fell sa bed ng 108 kasi double lang size. 104 is more good it has veranda and yung door at window sa veranda is a plus kasi nakaka rotate ang air inside the room. Kudos din sa frontdesk Ms. Rona for helping us move our things, she's very accommodating and very easy to approach. The breakfast is yummy too. Yung mga rooms lang talaga sa right side ang hindi ok. Better request the veranda side.

Excellent 2 night stay. The hotel room is clean and the ambience is super nice. All the staff were welcoming and super responsive. Enjoyed our stay especially the morning breeze in the terrace while enjoying my cup of coffee. And finally there is quality to the food served for buffet breakfast at Cafe Sophia. Bulalo and Calamares is highly recommended.

We booked a villa of 3 rooms, with 3 bathrooms. Service was great and the restaurant has nice clean tasty food. Location about 10 mins away from the mall and park by car. The price is very good value for money.

Our room was on the ground floor close to the lobby, there was always noise. If u get a room there it might be difficult to sleep and u will wake up in the morning at 6 am. Other than that the place is not bad and the food was ok.

The staff and the food is good, especially the Sisig and Bulalo. They have a shuttle who will service you down when you want to go from the hotel down to Marcos Hi-way. The room that We got has a faulty TV which the staff quickly replaced, the bed We got though is very squeaky. Don't expect that you will get a good overlooking view as the hotel is inside a subdivision. Oh and they have some cute pets there.
