4 months agoSpend your money elsewhere. The resort itself is good but the business needs serious reworking. Their room prices might seem like a good deal but prepare to pay extra for pretty much everything else. You'll be charged with corkage if you bring your own food and the other choice is their expensive restaurant, food was so-so and it took 45mins to prepare. WiFi was broken our entire stay. Staff don't seem to know their own policy, we went back and forth on what food we were allowed to buy and bring to Sepoc beach; but we shouldn't have bothered going there because the boat ride is expensive and the beach itself is dirty. I thought it would be the highlight of the trip but we were utterly disappointed. 2 stars for the ok view.

3 months agoJust advice if youre going here, when youre near and saw the "slow down" signage blocking the road and the map asking you to turn right and straight to the location, dont. Ignore it just keep going straight and keep looking for the signage on right side. -Room are good, Aircon is not weak or bad like the other review says. -Sadly bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan -Not PWD friendly. -the Ocean view is good. -The food is pricey but reasonable, like you eat what you pay. The spare ribs is so superb. -Very Quiet except theres guest doing team building blablabla.

6 months agoWe stayed at Eagle Point Resort for a teambuilding activity and spent one night there. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, TV, and a small refrigerator. However, there was no hot water in the shower, which was disappointing. The food was underwhelming and a bit overpriced. The scrambled egg tasted unusual, and overall, the meals did not meet expectations. We were also unable to go on the Sepoc Island trip due to big waves, which is understandable given the monsoon season. Unfortunately, even snorkeling in front of the resort wasn’t possible because of the rough sea conditions — something to keep in mind if you're planning a visit during this time of year. The most frustrating part of our stay was during checkout. It took almost two and a half hours just to finalize the billing. There was confusion about the remaining consumable amount, and we even had to discuss it with management, which was stressful and unnecessary. To top it off, one of the rooms in our booking was not used, but they offered no refund or even a partial penalty adjustment for late cancellation or even offered for us just to utilize the booked room. No gesture of goodwill either for the disappointing dinner. Important note: This resort is not recommended for persons with physical disabilities or mobility challenges. There are many steep stairs throughout the property and very minimal PWD access — moving around can be quite difficult. Overall, while the room was decent, the poor service, food, and checkout experience really brought down the whole stay. Sadly, I can’t recommend this resort based on our experience.

7 months ago1. Location on google map is not accurate. I followed the Instagram Map to get to Eagle Point. You need to park your car in the designated parking lot, then ride a service van provided by the resort to get to the actual room/lobby. 2. This place is ideal for those looking for diving spots. But not recommended for people who want to relax on a beach with sand. 3. Food and drinks are quite expensive. 4. The view from the terrace room is exquisite.
