Dive Solana Resort

We were recommended this dive resort. We will never stay here again. Rooms were good, service was good, location for diving was good. But what was lacking was the food. Every meal is a buffet, but everything they have to offer is cold. They have warming plates for the food, but those are not on, so they’re just a place setting for the food. Hope you like walking, cause to get here from the parking is like walking down 10 stories straight down.

Have been here a few times, and I really love coming back 🥹💙 The place is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are soo accommodating. I genuinely look forward to every meal they serve. The viands always include at least 1 dish of meat, seafood, veggies, and soup. Juice and desserts (my favorite in Solana!) are included too. Breakfast is extra fun because there are stations for bread, omelette, yogurt, and cereal 🍞🍳 Even if you don’t dive, there are fun activities to do. My friends and I enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling. We accidentally dropped our snorkeling gear in the sea, and their very attentive staff helped us get it back. Already looking forward to my next stay here!

I had an excellent stay.. They accommodated my buddy and me food wise.. The staff are friendly, kind people, and try to be very helpful. It should not be listed as a dive resort because they don't have their own boat and their price system is very odd. I LOVED diving from this resort, but my big issue was that it was NOT really a dive resort and when I was the only diver in the place, they charged me for the entire boat and staff and they charged me a fortune for a boat fee when I could have simply taken a tank and dived solo behind the resort for each third dive. Instead of offering a dive package with a lower rate for doing multiple dives a day over a two week period ( I did at least 42 dives with them), they RAISE the rate per dive if you do three dives a day instead of 2. I had never experienced this anywhere else. Other than the overpriced, bizarre dive pricing, I LOVED diving with the crew they arranged for me. They made a big effort to prepare vegan meals for my buddy, and thus for me. The food was fresh every day, and abundant. Everything was clean, which is very important to me. The only things I would have changed were the dive price schedule, the fact that if a "dive resort" doesn't have more divers, they shouldn't put that on the ones they do have, and that I had to consequently pay for the entire boat myself for almost two weeks! Also, more space, a desk and lighting would have been helpful for my extensive camera equipment. I do recommend this resort, especially if you are a group of four to divide the boat and crew fees.

Had a great time at Solana with my friends! The room was clean and spacious for us all. Great service, staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Amazing view with many water activities, really enjoyed kayaking and seeing the corals!!! What sets Solana apart from other places is their food. Everything is homemade and they make sure to cater to everyone’s diet by providing different options in their buffet. Really love the dessert as well (still craving the calamansi pie 🤤) and will miss wondering what the next meal will be. Till next time!! Will come back for sure 💗

I had an amazing time at Solana! The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms were also very clean and comfy. The food was like home-cooked meals, which felt so hearty and full of love. The views were of course, stunning! If you’re looking for a chill place with great vibes, this is it! Can’t wait to visit again!
