Regarding the place, Flies and mosquitoes are a problem. Best to bring off lotion. Free use of Bikes are ok but some needs servicing because it's heavily rusted. We stayed in cabin 5 beach front, ac is ok but no netflix. CR is stinky since the as per staff the poso negro regularly needs to be drained. Also the toilet has a Weak flush and needs to be repaired. Room also has no internal lock, so meaning if their staff decides to enter your room anytime they want they can do it. For the price we paid for this cabin, I was expecting more. In general ok naman yung place, was able to use the pool also which is part of the package. Get your food sa Sands which is inhouse nila na resto para mas affordable. The first resto that we went to inside was dissapointing, Cheese omelet bread was a little burned, Longanisa meal taste bad, tapsilog not that good and finally ok naman Hotcake with bacon. In general I give it a 7 out of 10.

our stay was pretty enjoyable. the cabins are small and compact, but have everything you necessarily need. the view is nice, so it's worth waiting for the sunset. at night, there's music at the center where all the night snack pop up trucks also come out. there are quite a variety from takoyaki, to coffee jelly, corn dogs, etc. the vibe is generally good and nearby there's also aquaria if you're looking for more activities with the family and slides for children and kids at heart alike. food was also okay and could be ordered in your respective accommodations. overall a nice, quiet, and relaxing place to stay in with the family in these parts. the only downside perhaps is that the waves don't really come up so high.

I have mixed feelings about this resort. To give a fair and balanced rating, I believe it’s important to evaluate each aspect separately. Note that we stayed in a cabin facing the ocean, I believe their most expensive room. Staff Attentiveness & Customer Service – 5 stars. The staff were excellent—always polite, warm, and impressively attentive. On several occasions, they anticipated our needs even before we voiced them, which really elevated the service experience. Facilities – 4 stars. For a beachside resort, the concept and amenities are thoughtfully designed. There’s plenty to do for all ages, and you won’t run out of activities even on a short stay. It’s clear that a lot of effort was put into making sure guests are entertained and well-accommodated. Cleanliness of Common Areas – 3 stars. This is where things start to fall short. While the resort offers great facilities, the maintenance could be better. The pool area is especially concerning—slippery tiles surround the pools, and there are even broken tiles in the kiddie pool, posing safety hazards. Cabin Cleanliness – 2 stars. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing part of our stay. While the beds appeared tidy, the bathroom was far from acceptable. The glass shower enclosure was cloudy, as if wiped down with a dirty washcloth. Soap stains were splattered across the walls, and the grout between tiles was black. The corners around the toilet were visibly grimy, I even managed to kill two baby cockroaches. Honestly, I’ve seen public restrooms in better condition. For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. All these points mentioned below have been communicated with the staff as well and they sincerely apologized and noted down everything. Would we return? If nothing improves—definitely not again, ever. Cleanliness is non-negotiable, and despite the great staff and amenities, the state of the bathroom was a major letdown that overshadowed the rest of the experience. The property is really lovely and hopefully the management would step up in the upkeep.

Never Again 🤮 I rarely ever leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to write this so other families are warned before booking. We booked the most expensive beachfront cabin because we wanted both the view and some privacy for our family, especially since we were traveling with kids. For the price, we expected at least the basics to work. That did not happen. The first thing I checked when we arrived was the connection. They don’t have individual WiFi per cabin – just a shared general WiFi for the whole place. And guess what? There was no internet at all. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out the next day, the WiFi simply did not work. On top of that, no one was answering at the front desk. We tried calling multiple times, but no response. My phone signal was at 1 bar or none the whole time, so even contacting them by mobile was nearly impossible. There was no reception around the area, no WiFi, and barely any signal – it felt like being cut off from the world, and not in a relaxing, “digital detox” way, but in a very frustrating and stressful way. At night, there was literally nothing to do: • No WiFi • No signal • No TV • No music • Nothing We paid for their most expensive room only to have the worst experience. For a place like this, WiFi is a basic part of what you’re paying for. Basic. And they failed to provide it. To be fair, there were a couple of staff/helpers who tried to “fix” the internet in our cabin, but eventually they just gave up and told us there was nothing they could do, “it is what it is.” That line really stuck with us. It also made us realize this might not be the first time this has happened – it felt like a scripted excuse they can recycle for the next guests who complain. Overall, it was a nightmare and a disaster for us as a family. We will never go back, and we do not recommend Crusoe Cabins Batangas to anyone, especially families who value basic amenities and reliable service.
