Costas de Liwa Bar and Beach Resort

It’s located at the far end of Liwliwa. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place for groups, this could be a good option. They also have a pool, but personally I didn’t like the maintenance of the toilets and shower rooms—they were dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There were also issues with the water (both shower and restroom) since it’s from a deep well. We were informed during check-in that the water had a tint but was supposedly safe for bathing and CR use. At that point, we couldn’t do anything because canceling would have meant losing our payment. I hope Costas will improve their maintenance and cleanliness. The place has potential, but unfortunately it seems neglected in terms of upkeep. They should also consider investing in a proper water filter to help reduce the odor. I really hope they invest in cleanliness and a proper water filtration system. It would also be better if issues like this were disclosed on the site beforehand. There wasn’t even a disclaimer that the shower water had an odor due to being from a deep well. I’ve tried Aluntala before and didn’t encounter this kind of issue.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort! The food was delicious with a variety of options to enjoy. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and truly added to the relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, which made it even more perfect. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great getaway.

As someone who’s into cozy places, I can attest that the resort offered amazing experiences. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth of the staff that made me feel so relaxed right away after long hours of travel. I met the owners and I could tell they shared the same values as their employees. Very much accommodating, FOOD WAS AMAZING, ambiance so refreshing. A 10/10 experience

The food was delicious with a lot of great options, and every meal felt fresh and well-prepared. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable – I slept so well during my stay.

The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious—definitely exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway! ❤️
