While I appreciate the opportunity to stay at the resort, I feel compelled to share some feedback based on our recent experience. Unfortunately, the conditions of the resort did not meet our expectations, especially compared to previous visits. During our stay, we noticed several stray dogs and cats in the area, which raised concerns about the safety of our children. Although the staff advised us to be cautious with food, I believe that prioritizing guest safety should lead to a more controlled environment regarding animals on the property. Additionally, the maintenance of the resort seemed lacking. The surroundings, including the washrooms, cottages, rooms and walkways, appeared untidy. We also found the swimming pools to be less than ideal; while there were at least only two functional pools, the water contained a significant amount of floating debris, and the slippery pool floors and walls suggested mould growth. Furthermore, we didn't experience the lively atmosphere typically associated with the resort. the number of guests was below 25, hence the wave pool is not available as per the management. I believe this also should be advertised on the website for guests' information. I genuinely hope that these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. The resort has potential, and with some improvements, it could become a more enjoyable destination. Thank you for considering this feedback.

This place is too remote, has not been renovated for many years, and the house price is a bit expensive. It is not recommended to stay overnight. It is only suitable for people who like swimming. It is still a good choice

If you're staying overnight make sure to bring your own towel, shampoo, and soap, but if you forgot there's a nearby 7 11 outside, rooms are really good and bang for buck, the aircon is ok, its just the amenities that are missing like kettle for heating water, they do have 1 grill that you can borrow if you want to cook something

After eight straight years in China our brother returned and requested to celebrate this reunion at Cool Waves Bulacan Waterpark Resort. We appreciate the accommodation of our big family of 22 pax with a very clean room and living space. Like family we are treated by the staff very nicely. The wave pool haunted even our happy dreams with the overnight swimming experience. The location is easy to find for our friends who came over and join the celebration. The welcome experience at Cool Waves, is as warm as hugs and kisses we missed from our brother. We definitely wish to splash again in the future.
