Overall, we had a good stay at CasaDel Beach House. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and very aesthetic, with a relaxing vibe that’s perfect for slowing down and enjoying the surroundings. One of the strongest highlights of our stay was the staff, especially Kuya Jess and Ate (the one who prepares the breakfast). Their service is easily 10/10. They were very accommodating, attentive, and hands-on. I requested a romantic dinner at their sunset deck, and they really put in the effort to make it special. Even the food we brought from outside was nicely arranged by them, which we truly appreciated. Their hospitality really made a difference. Areas for Improvement: 1. Internet & Mobile Signal (Major Concern) The biggest challenge during our stay was the lack of internet and very weak mobile signal. We were not informed in advance that there would be no stable internet connection. On Day 1, we were told it was already fixed, but until checkout, the connection remained unavailable. Mobile data was also almost nonexistent inside our room (Riza). We had to go outside the room or stay near the pool area just to get a signal. Because of the lack of internet and limited food options, we often had to go out of the resort just to buy food and connect to our data, which made it hard to fully relax and stay within the property. If internet or mobile data is important to you, this is something to seriously consider before booking. 2. Food Options The food is okay — not bad, not exceptional — but pricey for the taste. Allowing outside food is a plus, but nearby food options are limited. Some nearby places also had limited ingredients, so ordering food on our first day was quite challenging. 3. Room & Bathroom Maintenance (Room Riza) There were several issues in the bathroom: • The showerhead was not very clean • The bidet was extremely stiff and difficult to use • The water felt sticky and had a slight metallic taste, which was noticeable compared to nearby dive areas where the water quality felt better • The CR door was loose and hard to open/close, with very tight space Upon arrival, the bedsheets smelled freshly washed, but there were visible blood stains, which was uncomfortable. Because of this, I chose not to use the comforter. I hope stained linens, especially white sheets, are replaced moving forward. 4. Accessibility The resort has high and steep stairs. This was not an issue for us, but I would not recommend this place for elderly guests or those with mobility concerns. 5. Communication with the Owner We had a small booking/payment concern. While I acknowledge part of it was my mistake, communication with the owner was quite slow, often taking many hours to respond. Since there was no internet or mobile signal on-site, this made resolving concerns more stressful. Faster and clearer communication, especially for concerns or disputes, would greatly improve the guest experience.

Ate Lyn alone deserves a 5-star review for this resort. She never turned down a single request, from food requests and allowing early check-in to making the percolator coffee stronger and even booking a boat trip. She always had an answer to every question. To the owner: please commend this outstanding employee! As for the resort itself, the rooms and services feel very hotel-like. I also appreciate that they offer free use of snorkeling and kayaking equipment.

Beautiful modern well-maintained resort. Intimate, quiet, with friendly staff. Many breakfast choices included. Group meal of fresh grilled fish homemade pumpkin soup pasta and salad was delicious and a good value. Nice clean pool. Great views from each room and the pool area. Came with a group of friends—would definitely come back.

My family and I had a very pleasant stay at the Casa Del Beach House. It is accessible, sparkly clean and very instagrammable. The kids had so much fun at the pool and at the beach. The pool water is warm which is great. We were the only guests at that time so we had the entire amenities for ourselves. It's good that they also have their inhouse resto and another resto across the street. The host, Riz, made sure we were comfy and made suggestions for us to enjoy our stay. I actually told her I'd gatekeep the place but it's just too good not to share. Thank you Casa Del and Riz! We are already planning our return!
