Outstanding cook and caretaker. Perfectly maintained pool. Equipped with high speed WiFi and a backup generator for the whole house. With five bedrooms, should have more than two bathrooms though.

Duration: 2 nights and 3 days (May 2-4) Pax: 17 Room: 5 air conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate 20 or more pax Cost: even the place can accommodate up to 30 persons, only 15 of them are included and the extra person that will over 15 , you need to pay 500 pesos per person per night. Early check in also available, just let the management know in advance( early check in fee is 1000 pesos per hour). Room size: all bedrooms are huge Exclusive resort : 4 star The place is almost perfect. Kuya OLan ( caretaker) gives us a quick tour of the house from the pool area, gazebo and to each rooms. The living room and dinning area is massive. The kitchen area is well equipped ( no need to bring anything except food). They have 3 toilet and shower rooms that also huge ( like a bedroom size). The place whole place is very neat and clean. Pool: kids and adult ( perfect size for the whole family). The kiddie pool has a jacuzzi. The whole pool comes with different lights at night. Bone fire-l: perfect for s’mores Parking area: can accommodate up to 4 small cars or 3 big SUV. Street parking also available. Security: the whole resort is fenced and gated. Your car is 100 percent safe. In addition, the resort is also have cctv camera( living room, parking area and facing the pool area) Location: location is perfect. Just 10 minutes away from the public market and floating cottages. There are 2 sari-sari store nearby. Staff: kuya olan did really good job to assist us. Kodus to him and to his partner. He also gave us first kit aid and bought medicine when we needed it. Cons I noticed: Because the living room, dinning and kitchen is an open floor plan, there is no aircon in those areas. It is very hot, although they have fans. Living room is next to master bedroom, so if someone is still using the video and use higher volume you will still hear it inside. Better to have it outside or place it in pingpong table room. There is no kitchen outside where you can watch the kids do their swimming while you’re cooking. Outdoor kitchen that next to the pool area is very essential especially when you have little one that excited swim. You can see and monitor them while cooking. There is no chair around the bone fire. The chairs at the gazebo don’t have support that you can lean your back. My brother forgot that the chair has no back support. He leaned on it ,fell and hit his head on the sink counter top. The chair fell and hit my cousin toe nail and that’s why we need a first kit aid. Overall: I recommend this place if you have huge group (at least 10 person). This place is perfect for family gatherings, team building etc.

Had a very nice stay here! The resort is perfect for families and big groups. We enjoyed the place, the swimming pool, and other amenities. We will definitely go back! ❤️
