2 weeks agoThe food was great. Our stay was superb. There is a lot of people on the pool on weekends. But you can still enjoy it. It’s just that most of the activities like snorkeling and kayak that is included on our package was not available that day.

a month agoThis place is absolutely stunning — it really feels like you’ve been transported to Santorini Valley! The area is well-maintained, and the staff are all very friendly. The view is incredible, especially from the dining area that faces the sea. It’s a perfect spot for a vacation, and you definitely won’t regret it because every peso you spend here is worth it!

a month agoWe had a great time here. 1. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. 2. Staff, they are very friendly and accommodating. 3. Breathtaking view. Every corner is instagrammable.

2 months agoThe place was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was extra friendly and very helpful. There is a gym, a karaoke room some kayaks and they are free to use just reserve in advance. Downside: Not all the food in their menu is available which left you with very few choices There are about 100 or more steps from the pool area to the elevator area for access back to main hotel. Which is very tiring specially if you have an elderly or PWD with you and if you need to order food. No food service area by the pool nor a phone to call the desk or the kitchen if you wanted a snack while swimming. There's a smell going down to the beach area which was really bad. The facility is dated, but I think they are updating slowly. SPA rooms were unavailable, but a massage therapist can be booked for room service. Food was ok...nothing out of the ordinary and a bit expensive

2 months agoThe location was photo-friendly and the staff were generally okay. However, this was honestly the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever booked. The bed sheets had visible stains, and there was even hair on the bed — it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The towels were also sticky, with an overwhelming amount of fabric conditioner, as if they’d been washed together with the sheets. We never ate at the restaurant, we only ordered 1 watermelon shake which was mistakenly prepared for 2 people and charged us twice as if we have no choice but to pay it.
