The hotel is absolutely fantastic with the most incredible views. But once you've arrived you feel treated as a money cow. Everything is expensive and over prices. Eg a tour via the hotel would cost our group 14500 php for 4 hours - no food no towels! Same tour via the hotel across is 8000 php We found online something for 15000 for 8h incl. lunch and drinks. Food at the hotel is nothing special and due to prices, we ended up taking a boat taxi to hotel across. They picked us up for free, whereas BBL would charge us. The included breakfast is very little, but correct. If you want more you'll need to pay extra. No buffet. Airport transfer via hotel is crazy expensive. I booked outside the hotel and got if for 1/5 of the hotels price. The staff is very kind. Our hotel rooms were nice and clean and a good AC, beds are very comfortable.

A Truly Marvelous Stay at Busuanga Bay Lodge Our experience at Busuanga Bay Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was amazing and the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The guest relations team was outstanding—they checked on us regularly and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The restaurant and food were excellent, offering delicious dishes with great service and a beautiful atmosphere. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. All in all, the service was truly amazing on every level. The only thing to note is that the hotel is in a remote area, but it is a great place for divers, especially those planning to dive the wrecks, as it’s close to dive operators who focus mainly on wreck diving.

We had dinner at the restaurant and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere. You can tell they put a lot of care into the food, and everything we tried was excellent. The pool area is beautiful, and the view is absolutely fantastic. A place we would happily visit again

Beautiful waterfront room with stunning views and a fantastic infinity pool overlooking the bay. The pool area was definitely the highlight - great for relaxing with reliable WiFi. However, the internet connection in the rooms was disappointingly weak and slow. Food was overpriced (note: 20% service charge added to menu prices) and quality didn't match the cost - you're better off exploring local restaurants nearby for much better value and taste. Overall a pleasant stay with excellent facilities, but stick to the accommodation and pool, dine elsewhere.

We had a truly wonderful time at Busuanga Bay Lodge. From the moment we arrived, we were stunned by the breathtaking view of the bay, the peaceful atmosphere, and the beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel is perfectly isolated — far from crowds — and offers an ideal place to relax. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The infinity pool overlooking the bay was a dream, especially during sunset. The restaurant served delicious meals with excellent service. We especially enjoyed the kayak trips through the mangroves, a peaceful and unique experience. And the massages with Rose were just divine — deeply relaxing and truly professional. A memorable stay that we’ll never forget. Highly recommended if you're looking for serenity, nature, and great service. We’ll definitely be back!
