Beach House Laiya Resort

"I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this resort. The room was not properly cleaned upon my family's arrival, with dust visible on surfaces and even stains on the floor. To make things worse, the bedsheets and pillowcases clearly hadn’t been changed—they looked wrinkled and had a faint odor. It was unhygienic and uncomfortable, and I didn’t expect to find such low standards at a place advertised as best resort. I requested new linens, but it took an unreasonably long time for them to be provided. Overall, the cleanliness in the room was far below what I would expect, and I won’t be staying here again." I will not recommend this place also. Also one of the staff denied that he/she didn't receive the key of the other room they deducted 1k from 6k deposit.

Great budget resort! I’ve stayed here twice and both times their staff was very friendly and accommodating. May construction din noong huling stay namin so it’s nice to see that they’re making an effort to improve the facilities. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

Kinda tricky to find as it’s incorrectly pinned in google maps. Quaint resort with different types of rooms to cater a wide range of customers. They also have a free lounge area at the front perfect for sunset watching and drinking at night. Aesthetic and well-lit, vloggers will have a field day. Rooms are quite old but kept clean. They have no resto or bar, but there are several stores outside and restaurants with free delivery to the resort. Suggesting to go on weekdays so you can really see the beauty of the place. Public restrooms can do better, but other than that it’s all good.

Nice place and budget-friendly. The staff are all nice and accommodating. Free use of their kitchen and other facilities. Narrow entrance, but they have parking. I hope they improve the comfort room and shower area.

If you plan to stay here with your family during this pandemic, don’t. because the service is bad, you’ll waste your money and time ( we paid 7k php for just reservation, we are just 7 people for ONE ROOM and we still have to pay for OUR FOOD and WATER ) everything is old and ugly looking, they don’t clean the rooms properly and the service is not that great. PLUS, some of the staff don’t have masks on and don’t even have a temp check or even contact tracing. There are several neighboring resorts that are better that is next to this resort. if you want to enjoy your vacation, go there instead
