⭐⭐⭐ 2.6 / 5 I stayed here with my girlfriend during Holy Week. We were hoping for a more comfortable room with extra space and amenities since we opted for a deluxe room. But unfortunately, given the price, it didn’t meet our expectations. Parking: Parking space was limited. Good thing we went there with just a motorcycle. If you're bringing a car, you might need to rent parking from nearby lots. Room: The room felt quite small for a deluxe type. It had a large bed and a small table, but no cabinets, so our belongings ended up all over the place. The TV didn’t have Netflix, cable signal, or a USB port for us to watch anything. The bathroom was about the same size as the bedroom, and the floor felt sticky. The air conditioning wasn’t strong enough to cool the space properly, and the lights were a bit too bright for a relaxing atmosphere. You could also hear noise from outside, which made it even harder to relax. Although the advertising looks good in pictures, the overall experience felt uncomfortable. My girlfriend and I were just too introverted to raise any complaints. Pool: The resort has a pool that goes up to 5 ft. It was pretty decent, but it might not be able to accommodate everyone if a lot of guests decide to swim at the same time. Service: The staff were accommodating, but they seemed a bit preoccupied since it was a busy time with many guests. We didn’t really mind because we just wanted a quiet, low-maintenance weekend. Location: The resort has a beautiful sunset view and a great beachfront location. However, they could improve on maintaining environmental care. Some guests left trash like food wrappers along the shore, maybe stricter rules about proper waste disposal. Overall, we appreciated the staff’s efforts and saw a lot of potential in the place. With a few improvements, it could offer a much more comfortable and better experience for future guests.

Palm Rose Beach Resort (3/5) – A budget-friendly beachfront spot with a relaxing view and friendly staff. However, facilities need improvement, food options are limited, and Wi-Fi is weak. Good for a simple getaway but lacks modern comforts. ⭐⭐⭐

‼️ STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ‼️ They have soooo many rooms and fit a lot people in their small rooms. Imagine booking 4pax in a standard-sized room with 1 queen bed and a small pullout. Our "neighbor" from the room across ours was also asking for a refund, coz they are 8pax yet their room only has 1 king bed and 2 pullouts. Imagine being sardinas mode. They also do not have ample supply of electricity, hence they use a generator which breaks down from time to time. Due to their weak power supply, their aircons are not working properly and it was very hot in our room! 16 degrees setting yet we were still sweating, in a small standard-sized room. It was even better opening our door so we could get some wind from outside, but how about your privacy? They boast of having 19 rooms but they only have 6 parking slots and a small pool. You need to pay for extra 200-300 so you could park at neighboring sidewalks. Their wifi is weak and TVs are useless coz there is no cable tv nor the TVs can use the weak wifi. Mobile phone signal is also weak inside the rooms, hence you cannot use any kind of internet.

STAY AWAY FROM Casa Rosita Hotel & Resort. If you want to get your money’s worth, book somewhere else. 1. The rooms were VERY small contrary to their claim that they have spacious rooms. We booked a deluxe room which they said can fit 4 people. We were so shocked when we entered and found 1 pull-out bed, a bed side table, and a TV (which we can’t even use!). There was no space for our stuff. Our bags were on the floor since there were no cabinets, leaving us no space to walk around. 2. Aircons were malfunctioning. We turned the AC to max low temp of 16 degrees and given the size of the room, we should have been freezing. No, we were sweating! Several other guests were also complaining but at that time, they cannot give other solutions since they were fully booked. 3. Food servings were too small. The menu specified that some orders are enough for 3-4 people. We ordered daing na bangus and were dumbfounded when it arrived. It was smaller that my husband’s hand. I don’t think it was even enough for 2 people to share. 4. The power was fluctuating. It was so scary. We were trying to put the twins to bed when the longest power outage happened. Javi was crying and the room started to get hotter. By that time, I was convinced to leave. I cannot let my family sleep in that condition. That was not what we paid for. 5. There was no available parking when we arrived. With the amount we paid for, parking should be least of my concerns specially when they clearly advertised that there is free parking. We had to pay 200 per night for overnight parking in the nearby lot since hotel has only 6 slots for guests. Imagine boasting about 19 spacious rooms and not alloting ample parking spaces for everyone. They didn’t even inform us about it before we booked. 6. Amenities and common spaces were not enough for all the guests. Pool was too small. Staff had to set-up additional tables and chairs during dinner time - they didn’t even do this ahead of time. Given their space, they should be hosting only half of their total number of guests. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but we decided to go home after the first night because we were so uncomfortable. Fortunately, they agreed to refund our money. However, to this day, we had to wait for almost a week with tons of follow-ups before they deposited a check. To be fair, they have nice staff. One even offered a cold smaller room where we slept with the twins. He also offered a small electric fan for another guest to use. The management did not think of this, they did not reach out to any of the complaining guests. They just let their staff who cannot make decisions without their permission deal with us. I wish I just booked from a different resort. Their accomodations weren’t cheap but I didn’t get my money’s worth during our stay.

Worst Hotel Resort Ever! The pool is so small, and the AC is not working properly! The Room they give is too small to accommodate us. We are 4 pax and the room is only good for 2 pax. The wood decking is already old and too many scratches and damages! No FDAS and Fire Protection, it’s too risky and not safe to stay here! The price of food is very pricey.
