Balai Princesa

My family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenagers stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The area and hotel is very quiet and spacious in the family room. The staff were helpful and the complimentary shuttle to the airport appreciated. It would have been good if there was a pool but the jacuzzi was fantastic. A word of advice: the breakfast takes some time so I would suggest leaving enough time from ordering so you’re not rushing like we were for a tour.

Would recommend 100%. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived really late and it was possible to pre-order some food, so that we could still eat something after our arrival. The room was nice and clean and very comfy. The massage was also super relaxing. 10/10 :)

What a gem this place is. Tucked away like a secret little paradise. The staff is phenomenal. The massage was the best I ever had. Clean linens for massage and little extras we are all accustomed to. We even went back for a second. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds. Will go back

Our stay was an absolute delight! Even in the city, it had a tropical charm. Our rooms were spacious and equipped with modern amenities. The well maintained gardens, inviting common areas and the rejuvenating experience with the hot tub contributed to a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere, feeling like a secluded retreat away from the city. (Even though it was located in an area where there is easy access to where you want to go in Puerto Princesa)

Very accommodating staffs, rooms are spacious with affordable price. Not to mention, the place is very near to the airport.
