Arirang Bay Resort and Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are clean, the surroundings are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such a great experience. Definitely a 5-star stay!

False Advertising & Poorly Maintained Resort Our stay at Arirang Bay Resort in Zambales was extremely disappointing. This place is far from a 4-star resort—honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 2 stars. The comfort rooms were filthy, smelled bad, and even the doors and locks were broken. The pool was murky and clearly not cleaned regularly, making it impossible to enjoy. Most of the facilities looked neglected and outdated, including the rooms and common areas. Definitely not what you would expect from the photos posted online. Customer service was also a huge letdown. The COO wasn’t approachable or helpful when we raised concerns. Wi-Fi only works in shared spaces, there’s a corkage fee, and they even charge ₱5 for a cup of hot water. On top of that, the beach is quite far from the resort and the shoreline is full of trash. Overall, this place is absolutely not worth the price. Save yourself the stress and choose another resort in Zambales that actually provides cleanliness, care, and good service. Avoid this place if you want a pleasant and relaxing vacation

Great view of all-night rave club. No need to buy tickets for the club, the outdoor speakers are aimed directly at this resort. Play pool while you enjoy the thumping sounds late into the night on weekends. Small pool. Rooms. Parking available. Close to popular beach.

hideous! misleading information and unpleasant surroundings. Pool is so small , the videos they are showing are fake and edited to make it bigger and wider. Pictures they sent are different from reality. Definitely not worth the money and not worth to go to for relaxation. The owner is only concerned about the money and not the costumers satisfaction. NO TO NO REFUND POLICY!!!!! And one more thing there are sea walls built as it is tsunami zone area. They are not even front beach and no good sight seeing. Kids and seniors are definitely not safe in this place. THIS IS FOR AWARENESS FOR EVERYONE

I was extremely disappointed with our stay at this resort. The photos they posted on their Facebook page were completely misleading. The actual place looked nothing like what was advertised—dirty amenities, a very small pool, and not a single spot is instagrammable. What’s worse is that you have to walk quite a distance just to reach the beach, and it’s genuinely dangerous. There are no proper stairs going down, only a steep and uneven path, making it unsafe, especially for families with kids like us. To make matters even worse, the staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about their guests at all. Overall, the experience was far from relaxing and definitely not worth the money. Not recommended at all.
