The Airbnb is difficult to access by any vehicle due to its location and suffers from numerous issues including mosquitoes, dead and live cockroaches on the floor and crawling ants on walls. Compact and poorly ventilated bathrooms without screens on windows, lack of separation with the shower and toilet, slippery tiles especially when it’s wet. There aren’t any mats to step on to inside the bathroom or any safety bars to hold on to. The stairs leading up to the room are unsuitable for seniors or disabled individuals. It’s narrow and steep. All the windows except the emergency exit are missing screens. The place was not clean upon arrival, and requests for electric fans were met with hostility from the owner. A serious incident occurred where a family member fell in the bathroom due to slippery tiles, resulting in injury and hospitalization. We had voiced our concerns prior to arrival about having mostly elderly on the trip and read reviews about the hazards of the stairs but was met with more hostility from the host. He assured us nothing would happen to us during our stay. Host wasn’t willing to refund us or make anything right. We also weren’t able to use the gazebo and garden area due to dogs being tied with leashes inside the gazebo. I do not recommend this airbnb. 0/10

Spacious apartment, tidy comfort rooms, clean and big bedrooms, overlooking mountains and city proper. Friendly caretakers. Though you can't party late night because they are strictly implementing 10pm zero noise policy. Public transportation isn't accessible at all because you would have to wait a little longer or have to take taxi if you're in a hurry.

Phenomenal views from the roofdeck be it early morning or at night to see the stars, large floor area and living space, friendly and courteous staff. We occupied the third level apartment, which was big enough for our group (15 adults, 1 kid), it was booked through Airbnb. I liked that the kitchen was big, which allows for a bunch of folks to be there while cooking. The dining table was quite small given that they accept bigger groups than us, although they provide additional monoblock chairs, it still couldn't house everyone during mealtimes. Loved the huge comfy couches and the soft enough mattress, pillow and blanket. Cute doggos. The place provides parking that could fit up to three vehicles. The downside is that the roads that lead to the place are all steeper than you can imagine. The drive to the place was all good, but the challenge is getting out or going out and about. We drive a hatchback, and my husband has only been driving for five years, so the case may be different for people with better equipment and more road experience. Public transport is another option but since this is a pretty quiet neighborhood, it takes time to get a cab or jeep. I didn't have the chance to come out until we checked out. Overall great place. If your itinerary includes staying in to just chill, maybe over drinks, this might be the place for you. Bring over drinks, though.

Very spacious rooms. And the caretaker is accommodating. I just don't like the stairs. You need to make an effort to make every step. The roads leading to the place were really steep.

The place is steep and the parking lot is slippery when wet...not accommodating once you settled in
