We chose this place for our team event, despite being under construction/renovation it is still manageable. The place is super relaxing. All of the staffs are very nice and understanding. The entertainment room with karaoke using projector is very good. Although you can only use it until 10pm, but you can continue till morning on the first floor. There is also a bar with staffs where you can order drinks. As mentioned above, since it is still under renovation. There are some problem with the toilet, it doesn't refill the water on the flush which is very inconvenient. Not a kid friendly place for me. Pet's are allowed depends on how you manage. Would love to visit again when the place is fully renovated. Only 2 hours away from the Metro.

To start off, there are two villas available: Villa 1 and Villa 2. We chose Villa 2, which has three downsides compared to Villa 1: you share the house with the owner (as one reviewer mentioned), there’s no lake view, and it’s smaller. It’s a cheaper option, so if you don’t mind these drawbacks, go for it. The pool is nice, but the jacuzzi heater didn’t work. Karaoke is allowed only until 10 p.m., which I understand since the owner shares the property, but some guests might see that as a negative. Billiards costs ₱100 per hour — it would’ve been nice if that were included, but oh well. The ambience is chill and cozy. The lights around the pool complement the house party vibe, and the whole place is lined with lights that shine throughout the night. The lounge and dining areas are great; they can fit the villa’s full capacity. The lounge’s hammock area is nice — I could’ve slept there if I wanted to. As for the rooms, the interiors are okay: there are small cracks here and there, and the air-con housing is missing and looks broken, but the rooms are cold. They provide thin blankets, so I suggest bringing your own. We even thought at first that some rooms had no bathroom because the bathroom doors blended into the design. Overall, for the price it could be better. It’s about two hours from Manila, which is convenient, and I hope they fix these issues — I did enjoy my stay despite the problems.

The resort offers a variety of facilities that cater to both relaxation and recreation. The spacious villas and private rooms are well-maintained, offering essential comforts such as air conditioning, private bathrooms, and cozy furnishings. For guests who want a more exclusive experience, the resort’s private villas come with their own pools, providing extra privacy and luxury. The centerpiece of 101 Private Resort is its large swimming pool, which is perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy a refreshing swim. The pool area is surrounded by lush gardens and cozy seating, providing a relaxing atmosphere for lounging. Guests can also enjoy barbecue facilities, ideal for group cookouts or casual meals with friends and family.

This is where we booked our team outing. We were 20 pax. It's very far from Manila. I didn't enjoy this place because we were not allowed to make noise past 10pm. I mean, this is a private resort, right? We wanted to play games and have fun chats but we were always being told to be quiet. So this is not a definition of a private resort for me. I don't remember our villa number (5 or 6). The bathroom outside is poorly constructed and not appealing at all. The basin is also clogged. The dining area outside is not spacious. It's hard to move because of the heavy and large wooden table. Their billiards is 250 fee per hour, while the other private resort that I recently been to was just free. Both have the same rates. The staffs were nice but I really didn't enjoy this resort, and the travel time. Di nga ako nakapagkaraoke kasi ang aga ng check out. There are better private resorts in Rizal that are more spacious, guest-friendly and definitely near the city. The only thing that are good are the staffs and the view of the lake. *Photo for attention only.

Clean rooms, good facilities and a very relaxing environment. Perfect for team or family outing. They have a large KTV room, spacious rooms with huge beds as well. Airconditioned and very comfortable. I love my experience here.
