Palm Beach Resort

Our company had our first annual thanksgiving party here. The staff and foods are great! The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

My daughter booked a trip here although it’s a bit pricey and most of our family members are kids whom she has to pay with adult rates but won’t eat much anyway. But it was disappointing. The amenities we’re expecting are not available and we’re not informed ahead. They’re not welcoming and the food is so-so. The place itself is eerie.

NOT WORTH THE TRIP AND MONEY. They did not inform us ahead that amenities like the slide and kayaking will not be available during our stay. Food is not that good. The staffs lazily assisted us, it feels like they don’t want us there. The playground is very dirty. Not suitable for kids to play. They did not allow us to use the kayak though it’s included in the voucher saying that the water is too low, when I pointed out that the water is already rising, they made another excuse that waves are too strong though we can actually see how calm it is. The pool with slide was closed. We did not enjoy our stay at all, we only made sure that make use of what was offered to us during our stay.

We were really looking forward to this day tour, especially because the resort advertised amenities like kayaking and a slide, both of which were major reasons we booked. Unfortunately, none of these were available during our visit. What’s worse is that they didn’t inform us beforehand, which felt very misleading. The staff were unwelcoming and didn’t make any effort to accommodate or explain the situation. The food was also subpar and didn’t match the quality you’d expect from a resort. Overall, the experience was a letdown. If you're planning a day trip here, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. It’s not worth the time, money, or disappointment.

Place was amazing. No words everything was beautiful. It’s just that management sold me a defective item worth 1000 and would not give me a refund. I don’t blame the front desk they were sweet but their higher ups said that’s they resolution. Felt sad they wouldn’t want to do something about selling their customer a product that has issues at that price.
