I found the location a bit difficult to access. Guests should be warned that the road features cliffs and is quite narrow, making it dangerous for inexperienced drivers and for cars that are not modern and well-maintained. The front desk staff was not very friendly, although the rest of the staff members, including those in the restaurant and maintenance, were pleasant, polite, and accommodating. The beach is quite rocky, so there should be a mandatory advisory for guests to bring aqua shoes. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi does not reach our room. Since there is no phone or intercom inside the room, I had to text the maintenance officer for assistance when we lost the TV signal. The food was average. While the prices were fair, I found the meals to be overrated, especially considering there are no other restaurants available except for the one in the resort. The room itself was also average. Only one pillow per guest was provided, which was not comfortable. Additionally, the bathroom did not have a lock, and no toothbrushes or toothpaste were provided. Overall, I feel that the accommodation is a bit pricey compared to another resort we visited last month. This resort is not advisable for the elderly due to the numerous stairs.o the numerous stairs.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Destino Resort! From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm hospitality and genuine care of the staff. 1. Accommodating Service: A special thanks to Kuya Marlon, who assisted us the night we arrived. He was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable after our long trip. His attentiveness really made a great first impression. 2. Friendly Staff: Everyone we met during our stay was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their smiles and positive attitude made the resort feel even more welcoming. 3. Delicious Food: The dishes prepared by Kuya Chef were absolutely delicious and well worth the price. Every meal was cooked to perfection, flavorful, satisfying, and served with care. 4. Reliable Bar Service: The bar attendant was attentive and dependable. Whether it was a refreshing drink by the pool or a quick order at the bar, the service was always prompt and pleasant. 5. Clean and Safe Pool Area: The pool was crystal clear and very well-maintained. There were staff members on duty to ensure our safety and even provide towels, which made swimming worry-free and enjoyable. 6. Beautiful Scenery: The resort offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The perfect backdrop for relaxation and taking photos. Suggestions for Improvement: Room Renovations: Some room facilities could use a bit of upgrading, such as the bed mattress, ceiling, and shower area. A few updates would definitely enhance the overall comfort and experience. Road Maintenance: The road leading to the resort could be better maintained. Widening the path and trimming the overgrown grass would make access smoother and more convenient. Beach Condition (Seasonal): During our visit, it was habagat season, so the beach wasn’t at its best. We look forward to coming back during the summer months, when the staff said the beach is calm, clear, and ideal for swimming. Overall Experience: All in all, Destino Resort offers excellent service, warm hospitality, and a relaxing environment. Despite a few areas that could be improved, our overall experience was wonderful. Thank you to the whole Destino Resort team for making our vacation enjoyable and truly worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

I understand that this is a budget friendly place, but safety should never be compromised. Unfortunately, I did not see any signs of proper safety measures here. I would not recommend this place. Beach: The actual beach was significantly different from the photos shown on their website, which was quite misleading. Spa: There was no spa available, despite being clearly stated on their site. Room: The room had serious safety and maintenance issues; Exposed sockets that nearly caused electrocution, a leak from the bathroom that left the floor constantly wet. And many mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Restaurant: Most of the items on the menu were unavailable, as we were told it was “off season.” Regardless of the season, establishments expecting guests should be adequately prepared. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience.

One of our worst travel experiences — serious safety hazard! I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience truly deserves a warning to others. We booked Destino hoping to spend quality time with my parents visiting from overseas. The photos online looked decent, so I went ahead with the reservation — but what we found was far from what was advertised. Beach & Rooms The beach and rooms were a huge letdown. The beach is filled with rocks and not maintained at all, so much trash as well. The rooms felt cheaply built and poorly maintained. Some cabinets were dusty, even in the upgraded rooms. The “seaview” room we paid extra for had tilted shelves, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work in any of the rooms. Spa There is no actual spa. If you want a massage, you have to arrange a masseuse to come in advance. This is false advertising — plain and simple. Pool The pool was dirty and cloudy. We repeatedly asked for it to be cleaned, but were told “that’s the best we can do.” It looked so unhygienic that we didn’t dare go in. Food & Service Surprisingly, the food was decent, and the bartender was kind — he sympathized with our frustration and tried to make us feel better. Safety Hazard Now for the most serious issue: our upgraded room had an electrical outlet leaking water from the sink above — the socket was literally dripping. If my mother had plugged something in without noticing, she could’ve been seriously electrocuted. It was terrifying. We reported it, but this kind of negligence is unacceptable. We confronted the manager the next day and asked to speak with him in the morning, but he didn’t show up… because, apparently, he was still asleep. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but checked out early and requested a full refund. We couldn’t risk staying any longer. It was incredibly disappointing, especially after looking forward to this trip for months. I had hoped to give my parents a relaxing time by the beach — instead, it became a stressful and even dangerous experience.
